Developed an AI-powered automatic sorting system integrating Raspberry Pi 4 and ESP32 for real-time object classification and automated sorting. Implemented an EfficientNet-B0 deep learning model achieving 96.2% classification accuracy. Optimized the processing pipeline, reducing inference time from 200 ms to 120 ms, while integrating embedded hardware and software for efficient real-time operation.
