Designed and developed an intelligent pipeline inspection robot integrating ESP32-CAM, embedded C and FreeRTOS. Implemented a real-time computer vision system for automated crack detection, achieving 97% detection accuracy at 5 FPS. Integrated hardware and software components to enable autonomous visual inspection and improve pipeline defect identification. Awarded 1st Prize in 2025.
