Introduction
Pluxee is a global leader in employee benefits and engagement. The company helps organizations support their people through practical, everyday solutions. It provides services such as meal and food benefits, gift and reward programs, and other perks. They are delivered through secure, easy-to-use digital and card-based experiences so employers can boost wellbeing, motivation, and retention while simplifying benefit management. Pluxee Tunisia is the local branch of Pluxee, serving Tunisian companies with employee benefit and incentive solutions adapted to the local market. It partners with employers and a network of merchants to make benefits easy to distribute and use, helping teams enjoy more value in their daily spending while giving HR and finance teams reliable, compliant tools to manage these programs efficiently. Challenge
1. Create diverse social media AD/post materials that go under the umbrella of the Pluxee Brand Guidelines. 2. Go into a more of a B2C communication than a B2B one by being less corporate and more friendly without losing the Pluxee visual identity. 3. Design bilingual, Arabic (Tunisian dialect), and French materials that are different from each other so that the AD versions keep being relevant and don't go into fatigue.

Art Direction
I went for a solution where I use typography, palette, and graphic elements as in the brand guidelines (spacing, colors, sizing, etc.), while creating other graphic elements (behind the text rectangles, cursors, outlines) inspired by the media library at hand. I also used the stroked Pluxee logomark in a slightly different way while keeping its purpose of framing subjects and emphasizing key elements. To add dynamism, an amount of shear is added to the text and some elements. As per the photos, I used some of the Pluxee media library and generated some with AI in order to add perspective while complying with the photography guidelines provided. Another key direction is to ensure the visual continuity between the slides and in copywriting as much as possible, so that we keep the lateral scrolling going.
