Rôle: Art Director
Introduction
Client: Fondation IFM Project: Sport et Santé Mentale (awareness campaign) Date: Oct. 2023 Scope: Art Direction / Logo Creation / Social media visuals / Campaign templates / Motion Graphics Fondation IFM is a Tunisian non-profit focused on national solidarity and reducing inequalities, placing people at the center of its actions through awareness, dialogue, and social initiatives, especially for youth, women, and marginalized communities. The campaign is part of the “Sehaty” project (EU-supported, implemented with partners including Médecins du Monde Belgique in Tunisia, Mourakiboun, and Cideal). Fondation IFM led “Sport & Santé Mentale” in Kairouan to raise awareness about improving mental health support for young people (12–18), with special focus on girls and people with disabilities.
Challenge
• Make a sensitive topic accessible without stigma, fear, or sensationalism. • Communicate key messages fast in a scroll environment. • Build a coherent campaign look that stays consistent across many assets. • Create visuals suitable for multiple audiences (public, decision makers, and partners). • Deliver on a tight timeline with efficient production and iterations.
Success Criteria
• Clear hierarchy and readability • A modular template system enabling faster production and consistency • Inclusive visual language (representation, accessibility, respectful tone) • Flexible assets that can be adapted for different messages and formats • Smooth collaboration workflow (feedback-ready, production-ready files)
Art Direction
• Tone: supportive, empowering, youth-friendly, non-judgmental • Visual language: simple, human-centered, credible, modern • Composition: strong hierarchy, clean grids, scannable layouts • Accessibility: contrast, legible type sizes, reduced clutter, consistent iconography. • Campaign consistency: repeatable visual pattern and components across all assets
Implementation
Logo Concept: The idea is to integrate action into the logo, literally. The logo lets the viewer draw a smiling face. Through the intersecting circles, the logo leaves the viewer to complete the well-known smiley-face icon in their head.

Results
• Improved clarity and scannability of messages • Stronger campaign consistency across multiple formats • Faster production thanks to reusable templates • Easier adaptation for different topics and audiences • Positive internal validation / smoother feedback cycles
