Description: Built an intelligent conversational assistant that transforms the airline customer support experience. The chatbot instantly answers common travel questions ,like pet policies, baggage fees, and visa requirements, using semantic search, while also guiding users through reporting issues by naturally collecting their details across a conversation. Developed as a capstone project for the Google x Kaggle 5-Day Generative AI Intensive.
