Built an intelligent customer service chatbot for Tunisie Telecom during a hackathon focused on AI for social impact. The chatbot breaks down language barriers by understanding and responding in French, Arabic, English, and Tunisian dialect, through both text and voice. Users can interact via a web app or Telegram, ask questions naturally (even with typos or mixed languages), and get instant, accurate answers from the company's knowledge base. Designed to improve digital inclusion for underserved communities in Tunisia's digital transition.
