Built a full-stack data engineering and ML system using Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, Scikit-learn, and React. Designed a star-schema data warehouse with fact and dimension tables (time, location, weather, road) and implemented an incremental ETL pipeline with staging, cleaning, and datamart layers. Developed an interactive analytics dashboard displaying KPIs on accident frequency, severity distribution, and contributing factors. Built a Random Forest model for accident severity prediction (4 classes) with feature importance analysis and calibration.
