Built an end-to-end web app for short-form clip workflows: a Next.js UI for /ai, pricing, and admin; an Express API for auth-aware routes, AI proxying, quotas, and billing hooks; and integration with a NovaEdit (FastAPI) service for analyze/export. Handled env alignment, optional API key between services, and local runbooks so the stack works consistently in development.
