Subhanallah in Nature is a Quran-inspired children's picture book that invites young readers to pause and find the divine in the natural world: in rain, in starlight, in the weight of a mountain, in the sweetness of honey. The author needed illustrations that matched that contemplative tone: not loud, not cartoonish, not cluttered with characters. Just nature, rendered with reverence. I was brought on as the sole illustrator to create the complete visual world of the book from the wraparound cover to every interior spread.
