Smart Form Builder is a Nuxt 3 app that turns a natural-language prompt into a full form implementation. The user describes the form they want, and the app generates a live form spec plus ready-to-use code for Vue 3, Zod, Laravel FormRequest, React, Node.js, and JSON. It uses OpenRouter with openai/gpt-4o-mini, vee-validate, @vee-validate/zod, and zod, and it is designed as a split-screen workspace: prompt and form preview on the left, generated code on the right. The goal is to speed up form prototyping and backend/frontend validation setup from a single prompt.
