Developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a location-based electricity outage notification platform. The system allows authorized utility employees to select affected areas on an interactive map, schedule or report power outages, and automatically notify users within those locations. The mobile application supports GPS location selection, map pin placement, and Arabic, French, and English interfaces. Designed to improve communication between electricity providers and residents.
