Solo-built and deployed a production AI concierge bot for a hospitality client, live on Telegram. Backend in Python/FastAPI with a locally-hosted LLM (Ollama) for natural conversation, order-taking, and staff escalation. Handles French/Arabic/English guest messages, learns from staff-answered questions via a daily feedback loop, and auto-recognizes returning guests. Built a 116-test regression suite covering conversation flows, latency, and multi-language edge cases to keep releases reliable.
