Development of a sentiment analysis system for Amazon customer reviews. The project compares a traditional NLP approach based on VADER with a pre-trained Transformer model, RoBERTa. The goal is to automatically analyze opinions expressed in customer reviews and compare the performance of a lexicon-based method with a modern Deep Learning approach.
