I developed a Progressive Web Application (PWA) to help a barber shop manage customer queues digitally and reduce waiting time congestion in the shop. The main goal of the project was to replace the traditional physical queue with a digital solution where customers can join the queue remotely, track their position in real time, and receive notifications when their turn is approaching.
