Built AIDrug, a full-stack bioinformatics platform predicting protein aggregation and molecular dynamics. I trained two complementary models: a CNN+BiLSTM+Attention pipeline on ESM-2 embeddings for sequence-based aggregation scoring, and an EGNN capturing 3D spatial interactions fused into a multimodal model reaching R²=0.85 and AUC-ROC=0.94. For dynamics, I adapted RocketSHP to predict per-residue RMSF (Pearson=0.80). I also built a RAG-based scientific chatbot using LLaMA 3.1 and ChromaDB. The whole platform runs on React, Laravel and FastAPI. Contact me to see the DEMO.
