Designed and developed a full-stack platform for employee skills monitoring and continuous training, including performance dashboards, training management, and learning progress tracking. Integrated an AI-based model to automatically generate personalized tests according to collaborators’ profiles and skill levels. Built and automated a CI pipeline with GitHub Actions including build, tests, and Docker image generation. Deployed and orchestrated multi-service architecture using Kubernetes (Minikube) for a production-like environment.
