A production-ready real-time chat app I designed, built and deployed end to end. Users sign up securely, see who is online, and chat live with typing indicators, read receipts, unread badges, reactions, message editing and deletion, and photo sharing. Includes a landing page, 10 switchable themes and a fully responsive UI. Backend: Express, MongoDB and Socket.IO with JWT cookie auth, rate limiting and security headers. Frontend: React, Zustand and Tailwind CSS. Deployed on Render.
