Designed and implemented a centralized monitoring and supervision platform for servers,terminals,transactions,alerts and system activities. Implemented dashboards,authentication,administration,alert management,metric exploration and transaction monitoring features. Integrated SignalR for realtime alert notif and live dashboard updates. Built a Python FastAPI machine learning service using XGBoost to predict terminal gap thresholds and support anomaly detection. Added background workers for metric collection,alert evaluation,Redis to SQL persistence and runtime configuration synchronization.
