Mobile QA teams were sorting thousands of crash reports by hand. I built an ML triage system that classifies Android crashes, ANRs, tombstones and Java exceptions using NLP, clustering and similarity algorithms, reaching 85% classification accuracy. Wired it into the defect lifecycle through the Jira API so tickets route automatically on creation, cutting manual bug-tracking and triage time by 60% and accelerating resolution across sprint cycles.
