Context-aware messages: notification text can include the medication name, dose, and the action required. iOS audio notifications (important): Custom notification sound on iOS for critical reminders (when enabled), so alerts are harder to miss. Works alongside standard iOS notification behavior (lock screen/banner) and respects system settings like Focus/DND where applicable.
