I built this personal local-first AI content studio to generate my own talking-head and social media content on my machine, without paying recurring SaaS subscriptions. It combines SadTalker, LivePortrait, and a custom orchestration hub so I can create, test, and manage content workflows privately and locally. The project focuses on independence, cost control, and full ownership of my creative pipeline.
