A full IoT recycling system, prototyped end-to-end in under 24 hours. An edge-AI classifier (OpenCV) sorts metal, plastic, and cardboard; a simulated ESP32 device streams sensor data over WiFi with battery monitoring; and a Flask cloud dashboard shows live analytics and recycling value. Won an award at the event.
