Built a complete internal HR management system for a desert camp (ABDELMOULA CAMP). Designed Abdelmoula RH, a custom PHP/MySQL application with: employee files (photos, CIN, family, certificates), job posts, leave/absence calendar, monthly payroll with advances and absence deductions, CNSS 3-month cycles with due-date alerts, printable staff records, in-app notifications, bilingual UI (FR/EN), and light/dark theme. It replaced spreadsheet tracking and gave managers real-time control of payroll, social contributions, and attendance.
