Development of an intelligent HR management application during an optional internship at BillCom (Sousse). The application covers the full HR lifecycle: employee management, leave tracking, payroll, and performance analytics. Built with Angular for the frontend, Spring Boot for the backend, and Power BI for interactive KPI dashboards. Followed Agile/SCRUM methodology throughout the project.
