After redesigning the full website, I focused on what really powers the business: The internal dashboard & management system. This international import/export company in Libya manages air, sea, and land shipments daily — so the system needed to be: ✔️ Clear ✔️ Fast ✔️ Data-driven ✔️ Easy to manage What I redesigned: • Shipment management interface • Warehouse management section • Revenue & statistics overview • Request tracking system • Ticket & support system • Clean data tables with better hierarchy The goal? Turn complex logistics operations into a simple and intuitive experience.
