Developed ( with my teammate ) a fullstack human resource management web application following the Scrum methodology and Laravel as technical choice. The platform featured dynamic role-based access control, a structured multi-level validation workflow for administrative processes, a modern and responsive user interface to enhance usability, and a real-time internal chat module to facilitate seamless communication between employees and HR personnel.
