A city-building simulation game inspired by SimCity, developed specifically for the Saudi market in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. The game was fully integrated into Balady Flutter mobile application for both Android and iOS. Players build and manage a virtual city by placing buildings, constructing road networks, simulating car traffic, and optimizing urban layouts.
