I helped make customer follow-ups more consistent by automating scheduled reminders and outreach notifications, rechecking eligibility before reminders go out, and recording email activity in HubSpot. Notifications run asynchronously so tracking requests stay responsive. In the reviewed 16-day Cronicle history, selected related workflows recorded 2,504 provider-send confirmations. This is platform-level activity, not a count attributable solely to my code or proof of inbox delivery.
