Built a full-stack AI assistant for Odoo that lets any LLM (Gemini, Claude, GPT-4) query and interact with Odoo data in plain language. The system consists of three components: a standalone MCP (Model Context Protocol) server running in Docker that exposes Odoo as AI tools over SSE; an Odoo module that provides a configuration UI to manage the server, toggle permissions, and start/stop the container via the Docker socket without leaving Odoo; and a simple chatbot interface built as a Fastapi app with a custom chat UI.
