Developed and deployed an advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system engineered to optimize job matching for clients. By leveraging Qdrant vector database and high-dimensional similarity search, the engine matches candidates with the most relevant job opportunities based on contextual data. Originally built during my time developing solutions for the Thanks-Boss platform, the system proved so impactful that it was graduated from a standalone tool into a core, production-ready feature integrated directly into the primary web application.
