Developed an AI-assisted drug discovery platform for antibacterial molecule generation, validation, and scoring. As AI/ML Developer, I built the AI workflow using Python, RDKit, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and FastAPI. My work included data preprocessing, SMILES validation, antibacterial activity prediction, deep learning-based molecule generation, and AI service integration. The project helped automate early-stage molecule screening and present candidate results in a structured way.
