Developed an intelligent Chatbot system for HAICA using LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to provide accurate responses based on internal documentation. Integrated LangChain for workflow orchestration and Rasa for NLU. The system significantly improved information retrieval and automated user support.
