Medical Representatives (MRs) visit doctor locations and onboard them into the system. The system generates a unique QR code for each patient. Patients scan the QR code and submit reviews. In return, patients receive a ₹100 coupon for their next visit. Doctors can validate coupons through the receptionist panel to ensure authenticity and correct doctor mapping. The admin panel manages coupon distribution and financial reconciliation between the head office and doctors.
