Goals: The opera Carmen was adapted into Tunisian Arabic, but singers couldn't match lyrics to French solfège, and opera singing made lyrics unintelligible even for native speakers. My impact: Created a hybrid solfège (French + Tunisian Arabic) for unified rehearsal, plus a 1,200+ slide PowerPoint with live line-by-line subtitles. Delivered on short notice. Result: maximum audience comprehension and enhanced cultural visibility.
