Social Media Manager for Opale Agency

Hi 👋 Our digital marketing specialist recently stopped her activity, so we are now looking for a freelancer to take over the management of our communication. We are looking for someone autonomous, comfortable with social media, with a good eye for design, and able to create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 🎨📱 It is also important to be able to analyse content performance, identify which publications work best, and adjust the strategy accordingly. 📊 The expected workload is approximately: * 20 posts per month, including static or dynamic content depending on our needs; * one blog article every week or every two weeks. The content may be adapted for each platform, and the best-performing posts may later be used for advertising campaigns. As our audience is both French-speaking and English-speaking, the content must be bilingual. The English should be simple, natural, and easy to understand. If you do not speak French, that is not a problem, as I can review and approve the French content. 🇫🇷🇬🇧 We currently offer three solutions, each targeting a different audience: * E-commerce Models: connecting models with content creators; * Fair: online reputation management and monitoring; * Paid Members: growth-hacking support. We are currently active on the following platforms: * Instagram: @opaleagency.fr * TikTok: @opaleagency.fr * Facebook: Opale Agency * LinkedIn: Fair by Opale * Our blog It is therefore essential to adapt the message, tone of voice, and target audience depending on each solution and platform. Until now, the content was generally prepared during the first week of the month and then reviewed and approved before being published progressively according to the content calendar. 🗓️ Regarding the budget, we offer a fixed monthly fee of €100. Unfortunately, this amount is non-negotiable due to our current operating costs.
