French-Speaking Video Editor

We’re looking for a reliable French-speaking video editor for ongoing, long-term work editing short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok This is a workflow-based editing role. The goal is not high-end cinematic editing. We need someone fast, organized, consistent, and able to follow clear instructions. ## Scope of Work - Edit approximately 15 short videos per day (30–90 seconds each) - Work is delivered in batches throughout the week - Each batch must be completed within 24 hours maximum - Remove silences using AutoCut extension in Premiere Pro - Cut repeated takes and keep only the final/best version - Add subtitles (Montserrat Bold / Extra Bold font, with shadow) - Add overlay images when specified - Export and upload to Google Drive ## Speed Requirement - Minimum 3 reels per hour after learning the workflow - Speed is important, but subtitle accuracy and clean cuts still matter - If the editor cannot maintain the pace after training, the role is probably not the right fit ## Deliverables - 15 edited videos per day - Batches delivered within 24 hours - Delivered to Google Drive with proper naming convention - Export in 1080p 60fps ## What We Provide - Raw footage via Google Drive - Step-by-step video tutorials - Editing examples - Scripts when needed - Image references when overlays are required - Clear instructions for subtitles, cuts, exports, and naming ## Requirements - French-speaking, as you will correct French subtitles - Strong French understanding and subtitle accuracy - Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro - Experience editing short-form content - Reliable internet connection - Organized, fast, and consistent - Able to follow a repeatable workflow - Available to deliver within tight deadlines - Good communication and responsiveness ## Pricing - Monthly budget: $300–$400 - Output: 15 reels/day - Rate: around $0.67–$0.89 per reel - Paid test: 3 reels for $5 total - Target: fast junior editors who can follow a clear workflow and improve speed over time ## To Apply Please answer briefly: 1.
