Design a Timeless Logo for New Business Launch

I am seeking a talented graphic designer to create a classic and timeless logo that embodies confidence and warmth. The logo should be delivered in scalable vector formats (AI/SVG) along with high-resolution PNG and JPG files. I require both light and dark background variations, as well as a brief style guide that includes font names and exact color codes for consistency in future branding materials. The design should adhere to classic design principles with strong typography and balanced proportions, avoiding trendy gimmicks. Initial sketches or mood boards will be reviewed for feedback before finalizing the design.
